This 12‑month program is a flexible, nurturing space designed to help you stay connected to yourself while navigating the whirlwind of motherhood, healing, and personal growth. You’ll receive ongoing support, personalized guidance, and tools that meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re moving through a stuck pattern, a fear, a career transition, or a tough toddler phase (or all of the above). You’ll learn to incorporate these tools into your life, no drastic changes required.

Personalized 1:1 support guided by the Therapeutic Meditation Process™ (TMP). Each session meets you where you are in your present reality — emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually — and helps you reconnect with yourself so you can move forward with clarity and compassion. We’ll also gently explore the 3Ps (Perfection, People Pleasing, Pretending to be Superhuman) as they show up in your life.

Two personalized emails each month to help you stay connected between sessions, where I offer reflections, prompts & tools to weave into your day, and guidance based on what you’re currently experiencing.

TMP is a gentle mind‑body‑spirit process inspired by the work of Louise Hay and Caroline Myss, created by Tanya Stevens, Mind‑Body Healing Guide, Spiritual Mentor, and Author.

It helps you reconnect with all parts of yourself — your thoughts, emotions, body, and inner wisdom — so you can understand what you’re feeling, why it’s showing up, and what you truly need.

You’ll learn the 9 areas of self‑connection and the 4 core tools we use to work with them:

  • self‑reflection and journaling

  • mind‑body healing philosophy

  • the 9 self‑connection tools

  • guided TMP practices

TMP works on both the conscious and subconscious levels, helping you shift patterns gently and sustainably while reconnecting with the deeper, divine part of you that already knows the way.
